Responsibilities: |
- Design strategic benefit strategies to meet client needs
- Conduct market analysis and negotiate renewals
- Conduct client meetings and provide plan recommendations offer
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at all client levels
- Participate on special project teams as required

Qualifications: |
A successful applicant for this position must possess:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Superior client service skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Highly organized work practices
- Three-plus years of related industry experience.
- A New York State Life and Accident License
