Administrative Assistant/Team Coordinator |

Description: |
The selected individual will provide general administrative service and project support to a team of Benefits Consultants. Must have strong administrative skills and an ability to provide support at all levels. |
Responsibilities: |
- Request current census data and billing statement from clients
- Complete audit of census and bills
- Run the census breakdown by state and county
- Calculate average age, participation %, enrollment by tier and product using Excel
- Request provider disruption report from incumbent insurer
- Complete implementation calendar for client meeting
- Compile exhibits and bind presentation in advance of meeting
- Prepare client billing
- Assist with travel arrangements, when necessary.
- Maintain and update client contact information within department database.
- Assist Benefits Consultants as necessary to achieve maximum client satisfaction & results.

Qualifications: |
A successful applicant for this position must possess:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Superior client service skills.
- Proficiency with Word and Excel (must be familiar with creating formulas).
- Experience with PowerPoint a plus
- Candidate must posses the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Overtime required
- Must be a team player
- Must be organized.
- One to three years of related industry experience (i.e. group health benefits, employee benefits, medical insurance) is a plus.
- Applicants being considered must pass a background check as any offer of employment is contingent receipt of a satisfactory background investigation.
